First, Mr. Riojas talks to his clients directly. Although his staff will assist in performing administrative tasks, Mr. Riojas prefers to speak directly to his clients and to answer their questions personally.  We take a personalized approach to each of our clients. We know each client and each case is unique. Being a smaller firm we avoid the “cookie cutter” approach that is common in larger firms. We are not afraid of take a case to trial, if justice demands it, which many other attorneys are unwilling to do. A client is not just a client but a friend. We are easy to communicate with and attempt our best to assist with each client’s personalized needs. We treat each client as if that person will be a client for life and stand ready to help not only that client, but their family and friends should they need legal help at any time.
